● Recovery of high-temperature water during konjac production The submersible pumps used by our customers until now were not designed for high temperatures, causing them to stop immediately after starting, making it difficult to recover high-temperature water. By adopting our JCV series, stable recovery is now possible even at high temperatures of 80°C. ● Selection of hygienic all-stainless steel (SUS316) float Given that the water is slightly alkaline and high-temperature, and considering it is for food factories, we have chosen hygienic all-stainless steel. Additionally, we supplied it with a high-temperature compatible float switch that automatically activates when the pit is full.

【Delivery Case】Transfer of Drain Water from Reaction Vessel Jacket

Can we do something about the frequently breaking pump?!

●Is there any way to deal with the frequently breaking pump? Due to various circumstances, the drain from the jacket of the reaction vessel could not be directly laid to the drainage ditch. Instead, it was first collected in a drainage pit and then pumped out to the drainage ditch using a submersible pump. Considering the possibility of the submersible pump breaking, we were using it while flowing cooling water, but the pump frequently broke due to heat. Therefore, we considered the JCVH-40 model, which can handle temperatures up to 95°C, and it was adopted with a float specification.
